This child-focused fall crafting event is held in downtown Shawnee in the parking lot at City Hall. Children can decorate pumpkins, make their own scarecrow, and other fall crafts. Shawnee Town 1929 is host to this not-so-spooky Halloween party. Children are encouraged to wear their best costume to compete in the costume contest.
